Terms of Sale
The terms that apply to every LibertyTV subscription ordered on this website.
1. Scope and purpose
These general terms of sale (“Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between the company operating the LibertyTV service on this website (the “Provider”) and any customer who orders an IPTV subscription (the “Customer”). They set out the rights and obligations of each party, including the supply of the service, payment terms and the applicable law. The Customer must accept these Terms before placing an order.
2. Products and services
LibertyTV offers IPTV subscriptions of different durations and for different numbers of devices, as shown in the plans section of this website at the time of ordering. Each subscription gives access to live channels and on-demand content for the duration and number of devices selected.
The service is delivered as digital streaming and can be used on compatible devices (including Fire TV, Android TV / Google TV, supported Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Apple devices and Windows), following the setup guides published on this website. Channel, event, quality and device availability can vary by region and package configuration.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. They may change at any time, but the price that applies is the one displayed when the order is placed. The total amount is shown to the Customer on the checkout page before the order is confirmed. Promotional offers are clearly indicated and may be subject to specific conditions.
4. Duration
Each subscription is valid for the duration stated in the selected plan, starting from activation.
5. Ordering process
- The Customer chooses a plan (duration and number of devices) on the website.
- The Customer enters the requested details at checkout (first name, last name, email address and WhatsApp number) and places the order.
- The order is recorded as pending payment and a secure payment link is sent to the Customer by email.
- After payment is confirmed, the Customer receives their LibertyTV login details by email, together with access to the setup guides.
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.
6. Payment
Payment is made in full, through the secure payment link sent by email, before the service is activated. No payment is taken on this website. Transactions are processed by third-party payment providers; the Provider does not store full payment card details.
7. Delivery and activation
Activation of the service is the delivery of digital content. Login details are sent by email after payment is confirmed. They are personal and may not be transferred or resold. The Customer is responsible for checking that their device is compatible before ordering. No physical delivery takes place.
8. Right of withdrawal
Where consumer law grants a withdrawal period for distance contracts (for example 14 days in the European Union), this right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium once performance has begun with the Customer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost. By paying for a subscription and using the login details supplied, the Customer requests immediate activation of the service and acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal. Details are given in the refund policy.
9. Service quality and liability
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to provide a stable service consistent with the description on this website. Availability can depend on external factors such as the quality of the Customer’s internet connection and device compatibility. In the event of a major malfunction attributable to the Provider, compensation or a partial refund may be considered. The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by external events (network outages, power cuts). The Customer agrees to use the service in accordance with the laws that apply to them.
10. Customer support
For any question about the service, the Customer can contact support via the Help & Support page (WhatsApp or email). Support can help with installation, renewals and technical issues. For requests about personal data, see the privacy policy.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law and, where applicable, by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which the Customer is resident. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will first be sought with customer support. Failing that, the competent courts will have jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable rules of procedure.
